Ordering from outside Japan? Please do not order on this page. Email photos of the damage to info@phase-design.jp and we will send you a quote in yen, the turnaround time, and where to ship the frame. Overseas frames must be sent prepaid — we cannot accept freight-collect shipments from abroad. See the repair page for what we handle and how long each job takes.

Frames from any brand are welcome. You do not need to have bought anything from us. All work is carried out in Sabae, Fukui — the town that makes most of Japan's eyewear.

The price is set by the job, not by the brand of your frame. Choose the repair you need from the list above.

Not sure which one you need? Choose 内容が分からない・その他（お見積もり） — the quote-only option. It is priced at zero, and we send you an estimate once we have seen the frame.

Replacing a temple (arm) depends on whether the part can still be sourced. If it can, we replace it; if not, we repair or re-form the original. We cannot publish a fixed price for it, so it is always quoted.

If extra work turns out to be needed once the frame is in our hands, we tell you before we start. If you decline, we carry out only what you ordered.

Six-month warranty. If the same point fails again within six months, we put it right at no charge.

Postage is not included in the price.
