Returns and Exchanges

Before you order

You can try our frames on in person. They are available at authorized retailers across Japan, and at TOKYO OPT. in Nakameguro (by appointment).

If you are unsure about sizing

On the inside of the temple of the glasses you wear now, you will find three numbers, such as 53□15-144. From the left: lens width, bridge width, temple length.

The same notation is on every product page. Choose numbers close to your current glasses and the fit will not be far off.

If you are still unsure, message us on chat or our official LINE account before you order.

Returns and exchanges for change of mind

We do not accept them.

Once an order is confirmed, each pair is inspected individually and prepared for shipping. Please check the size and color before you order.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged

Contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will exchange the item for the same product.

For orders shipped within Japan, we cover the return shipping. For international orders, please contact us before returning anything — we will confirm how to send it and how the cost is handled.

If the same product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Preparation for shipping begins as soon as an order is confirmed, so orders cannot be cancelled afterwards.

If you pay by bank transfer, your order is confirmed once we have verified your payment. Orders left unverified past the due date are cancelled on our end.

After your purchase

We adjust the fit after purchase as well. Bring your glasses to an authorized retailer, or send them to us. Depending on the work involved, this may be free of charge or chargeable.
