Prices
Prices are as displayed and include consumption tax.

Payment methods
Bank transfer, credit card, convenience store payment, Pay-easy, deferred payment, and carrier billing.

When payment is due
Payment is finalized at the time the order is confirmed.

Shipping fees
Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu: flat 980 JPY. Free on orders of 15,000 JPY or more.
Hokkaido and Okinawa: flat 1,500 JPY. Free on orders of 15,000 JPY or more.
International shipping is calculated at checkout and is not covered by the free shipping threshold. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of the order and payment being confirmed.
Delivery is by courier.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Once an order is confirmed, each pair is inspected individually and prepared for shipping.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will exchange it for the same product. For orders shipped within Japan, we cover the return shipping. For international orders, please contact us before returning anything. If the same product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
