Shipping fees

Within Japan, shipping is a flat 980 JPY (tax included).
Hokkaido and Okinawa are 1,500 JPY.

Orders of 15,000 JPY or more ship free within Japan.

International shipping is calculated at checkout and is not covered by the free shipping threshold. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch

We confirm stock and dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving it.

Business days are weekdays, excluding weekends, national holidays, and the year-end and New Year period. Depending on your payment method, counting may start from the date your payment is confirmed.

Delivery times

Within Japan, orders usually arrive 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Remote islands may take 3 to 4 days.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

These times may not apply during natural disasters, or in areas affected by delays.

Pre-order items are shipped after their release date. Special-order items are shipped once the stock has reached us.

Shipping method

The carrier is chosen by us. We are not able to accept requests for a specific carrier, delivery date, or time slot.

Packaging

Each order is packed with care. The outer box may still pick up small scratches or dents in transit. These do not affect the product itself, and we ask for your understanding.
