You can now visit our Nakameguro office!

・There is no dealer nearby, but I would like to try it on before deciding to purchase.
- I would like to pay on the spot and take it home if possible.

< Usage rules >
- Visitors are required to make a reservation , and only one group per day (up to two people to prevent the spread of COVID-19) .
Please make your reservation at least 3 days before your desired visit date .
・Available hours are from 11:00 to 15:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) .
*Visits are not permitted on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and long holiday periods such as Obon.
・Your reservation will be complete once we contact you to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations and date/time changes must be made by the day before .
・For those who wish to pay on the day and take home the item on the same day, this service is only available to those who can pay by credit card at our store. (Please bring a device that can connect to the internet, such as a smartphone. Wi-fi is available in the office.)
・We do not have eye examination equipment in our office. If you would like to have your lenses replaced, please bring your prescription with you when you visit. After payment is made at the office, your lenses will be replaced within 1-2 weeks and sent to your home.

< Important points to note >
・Our office does not have eye examination facilities. If you wish to order prescription lenses, you will need a prescription for glasses.

・Please refrain from visiting if you are a close contact (including those who may have had contact with the infected person).
