Things to keep in mind when buying high-end eyeglasses and sunglasses! Make sure to check whether the lenses are interchangeable.

Without further ado,
when purchasing high-end (i.e., expensive) eyeglasses or sunglasses,
we recommend checking if the store where you buy them will handle
or guide you through the lens replacement process.
The reason is that the higher the brand,
the higher the risk of being refused service with "frames from other companies."
When replacing lenses, there's always a slight risk of damage
or paint peeling.
In such cases, if frames are brought in after being purchased elsewhere,
we cannot guarantee them in case of damage or malfunction.
Although we offer an online lens replacement service,
we generally do not accept lens replacements for frames brought in
that were not sold on our e-commerce site.
(*We may make an exception only if you agree that there will be no warranty in case of damage.)
The safest option is to
have the lenses replaced at the optical store where you purchased the frames.
If an optical store stocks a frame themselves,
they should ideally have considered lens replacement when stocking it.
The risk of damage is also relatively low, so
it's safest to have the lens replacement done at the store of purchase.
Even when buying from an online store,
it's best to check if there is an authorized dealer for the brand,
and if there is a system in place to consult about lens replacement online,
before making your purchase decision.
In our case,
we offer online lens replacement for frames sold on our e-commerce site, as well as for frames purchased elsewhere.
Online lens replacement is available, and no eye prescription is required.
Additionally,
as we have authorized dealers,
lens replacement can also be done at dealers that handle the brand.
*Please note that some dealers, such as apparel shop dealers,
may not be able to replace lenses.
High-end eyeglasses and sunglasses are not a cheap purchase,
so make sure to consult thoroughly with store staff before buying to avoid any regrets.

Non-prescription from ¥3,630 / Single vision prescription from ¥10,890 / Progressive lenses from ¥18,150 (all prices include tax, thin aspheric lenses, and super water-repellent coating as standard)
- Eyeglass and sunglass repair / We also accept products from other companies. We will provide a separate quote.
