we recommend confirming whether the store where you are purchasing them

can handle or guide you through lens replacement before making the purchase.

This is because the higher the brand,

the greater the risk of being "rejected for frames from other companies."

When replacing lenses, there is always a slight risk of damage or paint peeling.

In such cases, if the frame was purchased elsewhere and brought in,

we cannot guarantee against damage or malfunction.

Our online lens replacement service

accepts frames purchased at other stores and sunglasses from other brands.

However, we cannot compensate for damage during processing.

Frames that are old or have deteriorated resin

may be refused, so please consult us first.

The safest option is to

have your lenses replaced at the same optician where you purchased the frame.

If the frames are stocked by the optician themselves,

they should generally have been stocked with lens replacement in mind.

The risk of damage is also considered to be relatively low,

so it is safest to have the lens replacement done at the store of purchase.

Even when purchasing from an online store,

it's advisable to check if there is an authorized dealer for the brand,

and if there is a system in place to discuss lens replacement online

before deciding to purchase.

In our case,

we offer online lens replacement not only for frames sold on our e-commerce site, but also for frames purchased at other stores.

A prescription for eyeglasses is not required.

Additionally,

we also have authorized dealers,

so lens replacement can also be done at a dealer that handles the brand.

may not be able to replace lenses.
