Traditional sunglasses handmade by Japanese artisans [2021~2022]

Hello, I'm Yamada from METRONOME-Tokyo Online, the official Japanese online store for METRONOME DESIGN INC., which sells METRONOME®, an eyewear brand that started in London.

Thanks to you, our brand is gradually becoming more well-known both overseas and in Japan, and I feel this through my daily interactions with customers. (Thank you so much!)

Our shop mainly focuses on our three original brands, but also offers a wide variety of eyeglasses and sunglasses in a variety of designs, materials, and colors, including collaboration brands.

The glasses/sunglasses we would like to introduce will vary depending on your selection criteria, such as design, cost-effectiveness, or material, but this time we would like to focus on "handmade" glasses/sunglasses!

This time, we would like to introduce the charm of the Trad series, using Lily from Trad, which is a favorite of our staff, as an example. Even if you already own the Trad series, please take a look at the "temples (the part that rests on the ears)" ^^

I apologize for the poor quality of the photo, as the text itself is small. As it says here, the Trad series is handmade and made in Japan. Because it is handmade, it takes time and effort, but that is why it is made with such care.

All Trad frames are equipped with "PC-CURE" blue light blocking lenses. These PC glasses are becoming a common sight at local eyeglass stores.

It's packed with excitement, including practicality, a stylish look, and the fun of "jumping up."

(Equipped with a flip-up function. This allows for smooth putting on and taking off of the mask, and can be flipped up when it is foggy, making it versatile.)

And above all, the fact that clip-on lenses allow you to wear them as both glasses and sunglasses is also popular.
